Joseph R. Marciano, President & CEO

Mr. Marciano has expanded the company's client base and fostered the evolution of Océ Business Services into more advanced document process management technology, products and services. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island.

Walter Baransky, Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Baransky oversees daily operations including the use of materials and staff to ensure the company meets its business goals. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from City University of New York and has been published in Modern Office and Technology Magazine.

Elizabeth Halaki, Chief Marketing Officer

Mrs. Halaki has played a pivotal role in repositioning the marketing profile of the company to emphasize leadership in document process management. She leads its strategic marketing and communications functions. She has a bachelor's degree from Cornell University and an MBA in finance from University of Phoenix.

Larry Kleuser, Vice President, Sales

Mr. Kleuser provides prospective clients with insight into how innovative technology and Océ Business Services expertise in document process management can drive cost-effectiveness, productivity and quality. He graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in finance and a minor in accounting.

Stephen Mackay, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Mackay leads the company's finance, accounting and information technology functions. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in commerce, majoring in accounting, from Rider University, and an MBA with a concentration in accounting and taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Andrea Oriel, Chief Human Resources Officer

As a member of the company's executive management team, Ms. Oriel plans and deploys the company's Human Resources services. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Buffalo, holds certificates as a Retirement Plans Associate and a Groups Benefits Associate, and belongs to several HR societies.

Michael Scordino, Vice President of Administration & Chief Legal Officer

As Vice President, Administration and Chief Legal Officer, Mr. Scordino oversees purchasing and strategic sourcing, facilities, travel, population management and legal matters. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Boston College and a J.D. from Suffolk University.

Doug Bean, Vice President, General Manager

Mr. Bean heads the expansion of the new Records, Compliance and Legal Solutions Division. A graduate of the Willamette University College of Law, Mr. Bean also holds bachelor's degrees in philosophy and psychology from Brigham Young University.
