• Océ Business Services offers a range of senior executive, manager and coordinator positions in Marketing, HR, IT, Finance, and other departments.

Site Positions:

• Site Manager/Supervisor - Supervises mailroom/copy center activities that include sorting and delivering incoming mail, packages, faxes, pouches and interoffice correspondence as well as preparing and sending outgoing mail. Manages inventory; checks and reorders items as needed.
• Site Records Manager/Staff - Responsibilities span processes for retrieving and disposing recorded information as well as delivering the highest customer service for clients at identified sites.
• Office Service Representative - Responsibilities include copy services as well as handling and dispatching mail, packages and interoffice correspondence.

Sales Positions:

• Senior Account Manager - This position is a successful sales person working to develop mail, copy, fax, and print solutions that benefit the client. Additionally, this person sells office solutions to perspective new clients within a dedicated region.
• Regional Sales Manager (Records, Compliance and Legal Solutions Division) - This position evaluates target accounts and generates new business leads in the national market for both litigation support and eDiscovery services and has an annual team quota.
• Field Sales Engineer (Records, Compliance and Legal Solutions Division) - This is a field sales engineer position whose main purpose is to support and assist Regional Sales Managers to relieve sales quota. This person helps to shorten the sales cycle by overcoming barriers within accounts.
