This dashboard lets you view, at a glance, your performance in all the document processes that you have defined as critical to your business performance. You can monitor performance on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. You can drill down into any metric across any span of time. You can request alerts triggered by data “peaks” and “valleys.”
Scorecard - Océ MAX Advanced is built on a balanced scorecard platform. Performance data drives individual, customized scorecards that give you top-level views into your most important business imperatives. Green/yellow/red traffic light codes, for example, signal the health of major areas such as operations, finance, human resources and client service.
Architecture - An open SQL Server back end enables us to integrate any type of digital data from any networked source into the Océ MAX dashboard.
