Océ Digital Mail

Océ Digital Mail combines traditional mail management services with the conversion of incoming, scannable physical mail into digital form in the mail center. The digital images and metadata are pushed into enterprise digital information systems and a link is delivered electronically to the addressee. This service offers several important benefits, including the ability to quickly, securely deliver important information to mobile and remote employees who access their office mail on mobile devices or laptops. Other benefits include lowering the volume of unwanted mail and improved ability to track mail delivery. We recognize that organizations have different privacy policies for opening mail, so Océ Digital Mail offers different service levels that give companies flexibility. One option converts all incoming, scannable mail and enters it into digital workflows. Another option allows employees to instruct the mail center on which mail pieces to scan and enter into the workflow. A third approach enables employees to receive digital images of mail pieces and instruct the mail center to deliver or dispose.

Océ ATS

Océ ATS (Automated Tracking Software) enables organizations to annually track millions of pieces of inbound, outbound and accountable interoffice mail, as well as overnight and courier deliveries.

The Océ ATS system documents the movement of mail and deliveries from the sender’s desktop to the recipient’s desktop across the enterprise and between cities and countries. It helps reduce the costs and errors associated with manual mail processing, and supports better management of vendor services.

Adding to these features, our ATS system also is integrated with the Océ MAX™ business performance management system. Océ MAX enables trained employees to use Six Sigma® methodologies and quality management tools to monitor and continuously improve document process performance.
