Methodology
The first part is the assessment of your current situation, including total cost of ownership, and your requirements now and in the future. We’ll help you develop a corporate print strategy and roadmap for implementation, including cost savings and quality improvement opportunities.
The second phase is transition, a controlled migration from the present to the desired mode of operation, parts or all of which can be staffed, executed and managed by Océ’s experienced managed services professionals. This step includes development of a service level agreement (SLA) for outsourced services with clearly defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
The third step is management, where the agreed-upon services are delivered according to the SLA with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
Infrastructure
Fleet monitoring - Our experts use Océ’s print infrastructure management tools to monitor all of your equipment, regardless of brand, for service or supply needs.
Customer reporting - We report fleet performance according to a pre-agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Our reporting services can include documenting our interventions to solve problems before they arise. We offer standard and custom reports, and Web reporting through the Océ MAX™ performance management dashboard.
Help desk services - We provide a single-point-of-contact for handling customer requests as well as managing, coordinating and resolving print-related incidents.
Total equipment maintenance - We can manage the maintenance of all of your equipment, regardless of brand, service provider and ownership status.
Configuration and change management - We quickly execute change requests, report these activities, and maintain an accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for efficient provisioning and management of IT services.
Consumable and supply management - We carefully manage your paper and toner supply to ensure uninterrupted service and cost-effective stocking. We can provide procurement for all consumables, and remote monitoring to ensure urgently needed supplies arrive in time.
Continuous assessment - We continually collect and monitor data on the device fleet and its staffing with an eye on management, right-sizing and continuous service improvement.
Financial and asset management - We help customers optimize their balance sheets by supplying devices, financing, interdepartmental cost allocation and billing.
Sustainability - We manage your operation sustainably by recycling toner and equipment, configuring print services to reduce paper usage and via other sustainable best practices.
